# Reach — Messaging framework

The verbal system behind reachallcustomers.com, distilled so that decks,
ads, onboarding, and new pages say the same thing the site does.

## Positioning

**For** customer-facing businesses that book, sell, and follow up — wellness
studios, clinics, gyms, salons, hotels, schools —
**Reach is** one more member of the team, on WhatsApp, the website, and email,
**that** answers every customer with the real prices, books on the real
calendar, takes the payment, handles the paperwork, and follows up —
**unlike** chatbots and support software, which answer questions and create
tickets, **because** Reach operates the systems the business already runs
(Mindbody, Momence, Cal.com, Stripe, WhatsApp) and hands over to a person only
when a person is truly needed.

**Powered by Hilo.** Hilo builds the agent layer; Reach is the teammate
businesses hire from it, with a named person from Hilo running every launch.

## The one-liners

| Use | Line |
|---|---|
| Brand line (hero) | **Reach all your customers.** |
| Tagline (title, bio) | **Every customer, reached.** |
| Position | Not a chatbot. Not more software. One more on the team. |
| Promise | It does more than answer. It makes things happen. |
| Relief | Reach does not give you more work. It takes care of it. |
| Urgency (closing) | Your customers are already writing. |
| Stack | It runs on the tools you already use. |
| Onboarding | Going live takes days, not months. And you never do it alone. |
| Case studies | Businesses that answer everyone. |
| Meta description | Reach is one more member of your team, on WhatsApp, your website, and email: it answers with your real prices, books on your real calendar, takes the payment, and follows up with every customer. Powered by Hilo. |

producción lleva días, no meses. Y nunca lo haces solo.*

## The hero, decoded

> **Reach _all_ your customers.**
> One more member of your team, on WhatsApp, your website, and email. It knows
> your services and your real prices; it answers every customer, recommends,
> books on your real calendar, takes the payment, handles the paperwork, and
> follows up.
> [Book a demo] [View pricing]
> The demo below is Reach itself. It booked its last demo without us.

Three moves, in order: the name is the verb (*Reach* all your customers), the
body lists what it does as verbs (answers, recommends, books, takes, handles,
follows up), and the proof is live (the demo is the product). The word *all*
carries the thread underline — the brand device — because *all* is the claim.

## Four pillars (what it does)

Each pillar is a claim, a paragraph, and three checks. On the site, each is
paired with a product mock-up that proves it.

**1. It books like one of the team.**
Connected to Mindbody, Momence, or Cal.com, Reach reads real availability and
writes real bookings. It reschedules, cancels, manages waitlists, and sends the
reminder. Double bookings and ghost writes are engineered out, not apologized
for.
✓ Real calendars, real availability · ✓ Reschedules and cancellations,
self-serve · ✓ Reminders and no-show follow-ups

**2. It charges before the no-show.**
Pay-first products collect through Stripe inside the conversation: the session
is confirmed when the money is. Campaigns can carry discount codes, and Reach
applies them at checkout.
✓ Stripe checkout in the chat · ✓ Pay-first gate per product · ✓ Discount codes
that redeem themselves

**3. A CRM that speaks your language.**
Your whole customer base, mirrored and searchable in plain words: "women with
an active pack and only two visits" is a query, not a support ticket.
✓ Full Mindbody mirror, always in sync · ✓ Search in plain language ·
✓ Campaigns proposed by Reach, sent on WhatsApp

**4. Paperwork signs itself. Humans stay in charge.**
Consent forms and waivers go out in the conversation and come back signed, as
PDFs, into the customer record. And when you want the thread, you take it: one
tap pauses Reach, you answer as the team, one tap hands it back.
✓ E-signed waivers and intake forms · ✓ Human takeover on any conversation ·
✓ Daily digest, per-conversation costs, quality scores

**Also in the box:** post-session reviews with a Google nudge · voice notes
understood and answered · multi-location studios · knowledge base with your
real prices and policies · lead capture and qualification on every channel ·
Spanish and English dashboard · media library (send the map, the video, the
menu) · campaign images generated on brand · costs metered per conversation.

## Channels

*One teammate, everywhere your customers are:* WhatsApp · Your website · Email
· Voice notes, both ways · Any language. Always in this order; always as a
strip, never as a feature grid.

## How you go live (the onboarding story)

> Going live takes days, not months. And you never do it alone.
> No project plan to manage, no software to learn before you see results. A
> person from Hilo runs the whole thing with you, in your language, on
> WhatsApp. Here is exactly what happens after you book the demo.

| When | Step | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Book a demo | Thirty minutes on a call. We look at your business, your channels, and your booking system, and tell you plainly what Reach will do for you on day one. |
| Days 2 to 4 | Share what your team knows | Prices, services, policies, and the questions you answer every day. One short form and one call. We turn it into your teammate's knowledge base and its voice. |
| Days 5 to 9 | We connect and rehearse | Mindbody, Momence, Cal.com, Stripe, WhatsApp: we connect them and run real bookings and real payments end to end. You talk to Reach before any customer does. |
| Day 10 | You are live | Reach joins the team on WhatsApp, your website, and email. We stay in the thread the first weeks, reading every conversation with you and tuning as we go. |

Support promises (always these four): **One person, not a ticket queue** ·
**Your customers, moved with care** · **Training that fits a shift** ·
**Launch week and the weeks after**. Closing note: *Most businesses are live
within two weeks of the first call. Your team keeps its tools, its calendar,
and its customers.*

## Proof

Case studies lead with production numbers and end with the owner's words.
Estiro (wellness · 3 studios in Madrid · Mindbody + Stripe + WhatsApp):

| 87% | 74% | 63% | 2,690 |
|---|---|---|---|
| of bookings handled end to end by Reach | of reschedules resolved with no staff involved | of messages answered outside desk hours | customer records in sync with Mindbody |

> "Reach is how we opened two new studios without growing the front desk. It
> is the perfect complement to Mindbody: our clients never feel a bot on the
> other side, just the most efficient PA a studio could dream of."
> — Álvaro Zala, CEO, Estiro

Story title pattern: an outcome in plain words — *From one studio to three, no
new hires.*

## The scenes (the conversations we show)

Three canonical WhatsApp scenes; reuse them rather than inventing new ones.

**Booking.** "Hi, any physio slots on Thursday afternoon?" → "Yes. Thursday
still has 17:30 and 18:15 with Noa at the centre. Which works better?" →
"17:30 please" → "Booked. Here is the payment to confirm it:" [Physiotherapy
45 min · €42] → *Paid · on the calendar · reminder set for Thursday 9:00*

**Reschedule + paperwork.** "Can you move tomorrow's session? Something came up
at work" → "Done. Moved to Friday 10:00 with Noa, same room." → "One thing
while you're here: your consent form is still unsigned." [Consent form · tap
to sign] → *Rescheduled · form signed · PDF saved to the customer record*

**Voice note, any language.** [0:07 voice note] → *Voice note · understood ·
customer speaks Spanish* → "¡Claro! El sábado a las 12:00 es tuyo. Te mando un
recordatorio el viernes." → *Answered in the customer's language · booked*

## Closing

> **Your customers are already writing.**
> Your team takes care of the people in front of them. Reach makes sure no one
> is left waiting: at 2pm, at 2am, in their language, with your prices.
> [Book a demo]

## Demo brands

Reach invents businesses to demo itself. The first is **Punch by Reach** — a
wellness center with 12 disciplines, 3 centers, and a crochet-monkey mascot,
Punchy. Demo brands get their own voice (Punch is loud, punny, dark, and
sporty) and three fixed rules:

1. Always locked up as *[name] by [knot] reach*, in the nav and the hero.
2. Always disclosed: "A wellness center invented by Reach · 100% playable
demo" up top, and the landing at the bottom: **Punch doesn't exist. Reach
   does.**
3. The joke always resolves into the product: "Punchy doesn't answer your
messages (his hands are made of yarn). Reach does."
