Pick a person (or “Other…”), adjust the fields, choose a static or animated knot, then copy. The animated version uses a GIF (13 KB) — the only animation email clients reliably play; everything else in the signature is plain, inline-styled HTML, with the Powered by Hilo endorsement built in.

The preview embeds the images so it works offline. The copied HTML points at https://brand.reachallcustomers.com/logo/ — it needs reach-icon-animated.gif and reach-icon-240.png hosted there (both ship in this kit). The GIF opens with the finished knot, draws it once, holds, and repeats — clients that freeze GIFs (old Outlook) show the finished knot, never a blank.
